A modern residential building sleeping up to 32 people across three dormitories and two en-suite leaders' rooms, with a fully equipped kitchen and large hall.

Activities →Sandy Acres was purchased from the landowner Mr Phillimore in 1974 to enable Guides and Brownies from the two Portsmouth Divisions to benefit from the Hampshire countryside. The land area is 8.089 acres and fronts onto Sandy Lane.
Badgers Lodge opened in 2010, replacing an earlier wooden building. It was constructed with the aid of grants and fundraising by the local Guiding community.
Today, Sandy Acres continues to provide an inspiring outdoor setting for Girlguiding groups, Scouts, Duke of Edinburgh participants, and other approved organisations.
