Who Can Book?
We take bookings throughout the year from Girlguiding groups, Scouts, and other approved organisations. Private groups are also welcome, except during school holidays.
Sandy Acres welcomes day and evening bookings of the field and Badgers Lodge. Field users can have access to the campers' toilet block, the eco toilets on the field, and the kitchen in the Lodge.
How to Book

Bookings can be made up to two years ahead.

Check the online availability calendars below to see if your dates are free.

E-mail or telephone the Booking Administrator to reserve your dates. A provisional booking will be held for four weeks only.

Provisional bookings not confirmed within four weeks will be released, with notification sent to the person who made the initial booking.

Download the Booking Form; complete it and either:
- Post with a £100 deposit cheque (payable to Sandy Acres Management Committee) to: Mrs Marian Fisher, 22 St Mary's Ave, Alverstoke, Gosport, PO12 2HX.
- or E-mail your form to administrator@sabookings.myzen.co.uk and send your deposit by BACS (details below).

The deposit will be offset against the final balance.

Your booking will be confirmed and you will receive a link to download useful documents for your stay.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail or in writing to the Bookings Administrator:
- Less than 14 days' notice: the full fee will be charged.
- 14 days to three months' notice: 50% of the full fee will be charged.
- The deposit is non-returnable in all cases.

1. Guides, Scouts and Other Approved Charities
Badgers Lodge
A modern building with sleeping accommodation for twenty-four girls in three dormitory rooms on bunk beds, plus two en-suite leaders' rooms. Includes kitchen, large hall, and accessible showers & toilets.

Camp Sites: Foxes Den & Owls Hoot
Both sites include solid-based shelters and altar fires. All campers have external access to showers and toilets in Badgers Lodge. Eco toilets are available at the far end of the field.

2. Other Users
Private hire of any type may only take place during term time and is subject to discussion with the Booking Administrator.

Rubbish Disposal
- Food waste must be in sealed biodegradable bags before placing in food bin. Please place outside main gate on departure
- Wednesday evening move wheelie bin to roadside.
- Do not put unopened food packets in the wheelie bin; take them home or to a food bank.
- Remove all recyclable and non-recyclable materials (cardboard, etc.) from the site.
- Use the small red Biffa bin for glass recycling.
